DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze the configuration of the new Facial Recognition systems prepared by the System Engineering team. Set up the machines (to include HW and SW, both OS and application SW) composing the new Facial Recognition system Must have ability and willingness to travel (including international travel), approximately one week every 4 to 6 weeks; sometimes 3- or 4-week missions for the deployment of a new system Load the Customer’s data onto the new Facial Recognition system and perform reconciliation of the data. Analyze and troubleshoot complex system performance situations requiring an in-depth and extended knowledge of the systems, implying some time to work extended hours outside of the normal business hours. Must have a system view, but be detail oriented at the same time. Must have a solid common sense and analysis/troubleshooting skills to determine the root cause of the problems. Must feel comfortable and be able to make sound technical decisions in tense situations: for example, troubleshooting a system which stopped working and prevents the Customer from conducting his normal work. Works under the supervision of the Systems Engineer, Project Manager and Program Manager, in terms of task assignment, task prioritization, and high level technical issues.
